NEW ORLEANS

Lets do an intelligence show first. On a scale from 1 to 10 , 10 being the highest.

Any one who would build a house on swamp land, I would have to deduct 1 point. That leaves 9 on the scale.
Now we have in addition to building on swamp land , your several feet below sea level. Here an unusually high tide from a full Moon and a gassy whale would cause flooding and often does. So for that I would deduct another 2 points. Your now down to 7 points on the intelligence scale. Then you live in an area where
LEVEE'S /DYKES / DAM'S , are used to hold back a lake, river, and the sea. Here I deduct another 3 points. You are now down to 4 points. Not very high.

Living in this area are Black African Americans and White European Americans. They Mayor of NEW ORLEANS , who is also Black African AMerican, told everyone living in this city to evacuate for three days.
WHY? THERE'S IS A HURRICANE COMING. A category 5 with sustained winds of 170 mph and wind gust of over 200 mph. The police chief of New Orleans who is also a Black African American said for everyone to leave because of the approaching storm. The White European Americans with 4 points left on the scale took their advice and packed up their families and the old yeller dog and what ever they could carry. and hooked em out of town to safer places. Even the Mexicans left for drier parts of the country, twelve to a Volkswagen. I guess the Black African Americans thought that the White European American Dutch Bo would save them by putting his finger in the dyke to stop the flooding and save their lazy black ass's from getting wet while they sit on the front porch drinking wine and screwing anything that would hold still. Men and women alike. If they have another baby good . the Welfare will pay me more. But the little White European American
Dutch Boy left with the others. To paraphrase an old joke.

" An Afro American was standing out side his house, and a bus came by from the White European American Community. And said come on I'll take you to safety. And the Black Afro American " No, no,
de Gov't mint gonna save me. On day two another bus came from the White European American Community and said " Come get in I'LL take you to safety. And the Black Afro American said again " No,no
de Gov't mint gonna save me." And on the last day a Helicopter came from the White European Community and said to the Black Afro Americn " Come get in ,we'll take you to safety ." and the Black Afro
American said once more . " No, no de Gov't mint gonna save me ." The floods came and the Black Afro Americn asked the Gov"t ment " How come you didn't save me fromthe flood." and the Gov't ment said " You dumb Black ass Afro American, I sent you 2 busses and a Helicopter.

Katrina was coming and gaining strength , due to hit land as a cat. 5 hurricane. She was strong and she knew it. Her sole purpose was to kill life and make life miserable for those that survive. and she succeeded.

The Black Afro American Mayor and the Black Afro American police chief of New Orleans, told every one to go to the Super Dome for protection . I thought that was not really a good place to go. A storm surge of twenty feet or maor was coming and the posibility of the levee's breaking there could be 25'000 people
drowning in the Super Dome. But where else could they go. Higher and drier ground three day's before is the answer. Katrina came a shore with death and destruction on her mind. The first thing she did was knock out the power for the city and surrounding area. No power, no lights, no power for the water pumps at the water plant that feed the Super Dome. With the Super dome in darkness and the noise of the Storm, fear took over the 25,000 Black Afro Americans. And then they started to fed on each other out of that fear. Rape, Murder, Robbery, Assault. was the order of the day. Out of 25,000 people , you would think that there would have been enough people to over whelm the bad ones . Why didn't they.??? The toilets quit working because
of no water. And the excrement from 25,000 people piled up and stunk. The water and food given to them when they entered the Super Dome was used up in a few hours. Morning came and the city was flooded, no one
could leave because of the high water. A levee had broken and added to the Hurricane's flood and the 24foot storm surge. Being below sea level ther is no where for the water to go, unless it is pumped out and the levee
repaired. Katrina left and dragged in behind her heat and humidity. The heat index going into the hundreds
105 T H I degrees being normal . The contaminated flood water would soon become stagnant and become a
breeding ground for water bourn deseases and mosquito's.

The mourning the storm left New Orleans , relief trucks from the Salvation Army and various churches and other organizations left East Texas cities. with water, food blankets, clothing and sanitary items.
But their way was blocked by the flood waters. Some bridges were out and all roads were impassable . They had to wait on the side of the roads until the way was clear. The citizens of New Orleans needed food and most of all water. Where were the first responders of the La. National Guard with helicopters to deliver the
necessary water and food. This is day one after the storm. The Black African Americans saw this as a chance to loot any and all businesses of the city. After all they were owned by the White European Americans.
Stores such as Walmart were looted and the shelves stripped bare. The black leaders of New York said that they had to survivie . Sure they took the food and water but what do they need the firearms for and the
ammunition. What do they need toys for and computers for and TV's and cd's and etc.etc. You can't eat them or drink them. Can you ? Jewelry stores were looted what is need with jewelry and high dollar shoed??
The police of New Orleans were helpless to do anything. the jails were flooded and no place to bring the bad guy's and no way to care for them. Over 200 officers couldn't or wouldn't show up for work to help keep control of law and order. One officer was shot by a looter. And there are eye witness reports that some of the
police officers were looting businesses them selves. Communication was nonexistent and the information of their plight wasn't getting out. The stat didn't get the word until late that day. It seams that mobilization
Takes time. But the State National Guard should have been on alert . The order had to come from the
Governor's office, and should have been given at least the day before the storm hit. They and the city are the
first responders. Day 2, Helicopters from the Coast Guard and Army and National Guard came in with some of the necessary supplies. Evacuation was being started mostly at the Hospitals. But that came to an end
When they were being shot at for some reason unknown to any one. Why didn't the Hospitals evacuate before the Storm came in. Why did they wait?? Trucks going to the Hospitals, loaded with supplies were
hy-jacked out side the Hospital doors and on the road.

The Governor finally called for Federal Assistance. And FEMA started to organize and move in but for some reason were slow to respond. Why? Who knows, Gas, labor, supplies , etc.etc. who knows.
The relief trucks from Texas are starting to get through . The same with the state and federal relief agency's The National Guard is in the helping to control the looting . The order to " Shoot to Kill " any looters is given. and not soon enough.

And now the blame game starts. The finger pointing goes in a circle. city, state, federal, state, federal, city. and so it goes. New Orleans is a democratic city. the Mayor id democraatic, the governor is also. So its blame the Republicans. And the Bush Administration. Bush even got blamed for the Hurricane. But it wouldn't matter what party was in office, that party would still get the blame . Wheather it was true or not.
The man in charge of FEMA resigned. and the President did what a man in charge should do . He took the blame for it all.

As of now the Super Dome has to be torn down. Its not habitable to even go in and look around . The evacuees that came to Texas and were put up in the Astro Dome. Does that need major repair now?

The nursing home where there were over 30 elderly people found drowned because they were unable to move them selves .It was owned by White European Americans, but who were the attendants working with these elderly people . Most times it is Black African Americans. Who left these people behind when it came time to leave. The owners didn't give the order to leave so we blame the top. But they weren't there when it came time to leave. Who left them. ???? That's the big question. and when we fined out, what will happen to them. ? What should happen to them.?? I know , but its illegal and would be considered IN HUMANE.

Just for the record , the people who refused to leave New Orleans, I deduct another 2 points. That leaves them with 2 on the I Q scale. and just for the record again. t is the White European Americans with the I Q of 4 and above helping the Black African Americans with the IQ of 2 on the scale . With food, water, shelter, clothing and even provided a few couples with wedding dresses and a suit for the groom plus the preacher and the wedding cake and all that goes with it , FOR FREE.
How nice of us White European Americans.

There is lots of blame to go around . Usually sh-t falls from the top down, but this time it fell from the
bottom up . AND I WOULD START WITH THOSE THAT REFUSED TO EVACUATE.
